An up market, state-of-the-art modern double storey house with stylish and unique finishes, situated in the upper-town area, with distant Sea & Robberg Peninsula views. The philosophy for the interior is in sync with the architecture to create a simple, minimal interior, free from clutter, with each piece of custom made furniture being limited by height to capture the vistas. Textures, via fabric and finishes create a relaxed interior with depth. Downstairs: Entertainment room consisting of bar and mini gym with large plasma TV for working out - leading to the Jacuzzi, pool and great covered entertainment braai area overlooking the pool area. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 are downstairs. Upstairs: Spacious, modern, open plan kitchen & dining area. Separate stylish lounge with striking sea views. Kitchen & lounge lead to a covered balcony with comfy lounge seating overlooking pool area. Main bedroom (with lovely views) is accessed only via glass bridge with stainless steel balustrade (please note for elderly & youngsters). Fine Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in all four bedrooms complemented by duck down pillows and duvets. All rooms are air-conditioned and have under floor heating. Bath and beach towels provided. Teppanyaki Bar - The Kitchen was designed around the Teppanyaki bar, which is a way of cooking as "teppan" means iron pan and "yaki" indicates grilling in Japanese. Installed by Fitness World, the spacious gym provides cardio and weight training equipment, including a treadmill, elliptical cross trainer, upright cycle, training bench, dumb bells, mats and balls. Step outside and cool off in our large swimming pool, chill in the Jacuzzi bath, relax in the outside area or summer house with its chaises lounges and outdoor speakers. Luxury at its best!
